Every morning I whip up this tonic, it is my favorite way to start my day! I created Turm It Up with energy boosting & anti-oxidant rich ingredients (Turmeric, Hibiscus, Lemon Peel, Ginger, Ashwagandha root & Vanilla Bean). Mixed with apple cider vinegar, honey or maple syrup and cayenne pepper, this will give your morning a boost!
- 1 teaspoon Turm It Up Powder (by BlendBee)
- 1/2 teaspoon Organic Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Organic Maple Syrup or Honey (or sweetener of your choice)
- 1 cups filtered water
- dash *Cayenne pepper (to your liking)
- 1/2 cup ice for serving
- Add all ingredients (except ice) into a high powered blender or immersion blender. Blend until well combined and frothy (45 seconds).
- Pour and serve over ice. Drink immediately.
