Green tea has less than half the amount of caffeine of coffee, so you won't get the jitters while drinking it. We love Oolong because it has less caffeine then other black teas, and it tastes great. It also mixes incredibly well with other ingredients. Black teas are known to help reduce cholesterol, treat headaches and prevent plaque build up in the arteries. Oolong is also great for skin and hair health and rich in antioxidants. Although all black teas help weight loss, here is a list of our favorite types.

3. Hibiscus tea:
Hibiscus tea is one of the best teas for weight loss because it contains flavonoids and minerals that can actually help reduce the absorption of fat. Hibiscus is also great for slowing the aging of skin, and keeping you hair healthy. One of the best parts of hibiscus tea is that it tastes great, it is very tart and a bit fruity. It mixes incredibly well with other herbs and teas, especially the more bitter herbs, since the tartness of hibiscus easily masks the bitter flavors. When brewed hibiscus lets off a gorgeous crimson color, and is absolutely lovely as an iced tea. Because of it's tartness we recommend adding stevia leaf or licorice root to your tea blend to round out some sweetness, without having to add sugar and calories. Our favorite hibiscus tea is Hibiscus Chill, it has 3 of the best weight loss ingredients: peppermint, hibiscus and rose buds as well as lemongrass, orange peel, and stevia leaf. This blend is delicious hot or cold and extremely beneficial.
4. Rose Bud tea:
Rose bud tea is one of the best teas for weight loss because it packs more antioxidants than green tea! It even helps combat wrinkles and keep your skin glowing. Rose buds are a great addition to any weight loss tea blend and mixes incredibly well with other herbs and teas. Rose buds are vitamin rich and can help to clean out toxins as well as prevent constipation. Rose adds a very delicate flavor to tea, and don't worry it doesn't taste like you're drinking your rose bush. Our favorite Rose bud tea is Love Oolong Time, this gorgeous mix is handcrafted with oolong, rose buds, marigold, hibiscus, rose hips, orange and lemon peel. It is love in a cup and we love it "oolong" time. Yes we're cheesy, you know you love it.
5. White tea:
White tea is a great for weight loss. It may inhibit the formation of new fat cells. Certain studies show that white tea may effectively inhibit the formation of new fat cells, which are known as adipocytes. Since new fat cell formation is lessened, weight gain is also reduced. White tea can stimulate metabolism, being high in anti-oxidants. With a faster metabolism, you can definitely expect weight loss. White tea is also very easy to drink!
