We love Oolong because it has less caffeine then other black teas, and it tastes great. It also mixes incredibly well with other ingredients. Black teas are known to help reduce cholesterol, treat headaches and prevent plaque build up in the arteries. Oolong is also great for skin and hair health and rich in antioxidants. Although all black teas help weight loss, here is a list of our favorite types.

Hibiscus tea is one of the best teas for weight loss because it contains flavonoids and minerals that can actually help reduce the absorption of fat. Hibiscus is also great for slowing the aging of skin, and keeping you hair healthy. One of the best parts of hibiscus tea is that it tastes great, it is very tart and a bit fruity. It mixes incredibly well with other herbs and teas, especially the more bitter herbs, since the tartness of hibiscus easily masks the bitter flavors. When brewed hibiscus lets off a gorgeous crimson color, and is absolutely lovely as an iced tea. Because of it's tartness we recommend adding stevia leaf or licorice root to your tea blend to round out some sweetness, without having to add sugar and calories. Our favorite hibiscus tea is Hibiscus Chill, it has 3 of the best weight loss ingredients: peppermint, hibiscus and rose buds as well as lemongrass, orange peel, and stevia leaf.
