Directions

Add 1/2 - 3/4 tsp (3g) tea per 8 oz near boiling water (180°F -212°F).

Using a tea infuser, reusable bag or tea straw.
- Steep for 5-15 minutes

Beware when brewing: Turmeric has a gorgeous golden hue that will stain just about everything.
Cold Brew:

Add 1/2 - 3/4 tsp (3g) tea per 8 oz cold water in jar or pitcher.
- Refrigerate 6-12 hours.
- Strain and serve.
