- *Rooibos (South African Red Tea)
- *Turmeric Root Powder
- *Ginger root
- *Cinnamon
- *Coconut Flakes
- *cardamom
- *Black Peppercorn (to enhance bio-availability of Turmeric)
- *Marshmallow root
- *Licorice Root (a pinch)
- Caffeine free – *organic
Directions

Add 1 tsp (3g) tea per 8 oz near boiling water (180°F -212°F).

Using a tea infuser, reusable bag or tea straw.
- Steep for 5-15 minutes
- Tea can turn bitter if steeped too long.

Beware when brewing: Turmeric has a gorgeous golden hue that will stain just about everything.
Cold Brew:

Add 1 tsp (3g) tea per 8 oz cold water in jar or pitcher.
- Refrigerate 6-12 hours.
- Strain and serve.

Cold-brew a small batch to taste test, not all blends are delicious cold-brewed.
