Directions
- Start with cold, fresh water.
- Use 3 grams or 1 teaspoon of tea per 6-8 oz near boiling water (170 °F – 180 °F).
- Best to brew with a french press or tea straw. (Matcha blends don’t do well in muslin tea bags).
- Steep for 8-10 minutes and enjoy!
- Can be made ahead of time and chilled (or reheated).
Cold Brew:
- Add 1 teaspoon per 6oz cold water in jar or pitcher
- Refrigerate 6-12 hours.
- Press through a french press and serve.
